Vanair Introduces New Viper Products with Highway Towable Running Gear
MICHIGAN CITY, IN (January, 2015) –
Innovation continues as Vanair Manufacturing, Inc. introduces its new Viper™ Series with towable running gear. Offered in either gas or diesel, the Viper suits all your pneumatic tool needs. The package is more economical, more compact and has better fuel savings than a 185 CFM tow behind. Powerful and dependable, this rotary screw system delivers up to 80 CFM at up to 150 PSI. It has enough power to operate a 90 lb. jackhammer and piercing tools. Its unique auto engine off and restart smart technology, as well as its auto variable throttle control (based on air demand to minimize fuel consumption and noise) are additional features only offered by Vanair. This unit features a Tier 4 certified diesel Kubota engine. "We are extremely excited about the new designs of our Viper Series…we’ve added some amazing features. Getting feedback from our customers, we have added the optional running gear that features independent torsion axle suspension and heavy duty construction. Vanair Hires New Service Director

Vanair is pleased to announce that Jim Pliske has joined the company as Director of Service, Warranty and Parts. Most recently, Pliske was the Corporate Service Manager – Compressors at Brabazon Pump, Compressor & Vacuum. During his extensive experience in the air compressor industry, he has held positions at CompressAir and Sullair, Inc. Jim will manage all service, warranty and parts-related responsibilities across all of Vanair’s product lines, as well as the training curriculum for Vanair’s dealers and service technicians.

Vanair Adds to Engineering Division
Michigan City, Indiana, September 23, 2014 –Robert Gasiecki has joined Vanair as Senior Engineer.
Gasiecki began his career at Sullair Inc. in 1985 as an Associate Engineer in the Portable Compressor Division. Over the past 29 years at Sullair, he earned the title of Senior Engineer. Gasiecki graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. His duties at the company will include the development of the drill module product line currently in production.
Vanair Hires Marketing Coordinator
Michigan City, Indiana, September 23, 2014 -Vanair is please to announce that Kolbri Martin will be joining the Vanair Marketing team on June 9th. Kolbri will be responsible for organizing and interacting with all branding operations of Vanair including our website, tradeshow events, and Sales University. In addition, Kolbri will assist in compiling marketing and sales data, update literature request and continue to support our internal sales force. While working to strengthen our current dealer network, Kolbri will give valuable support in campaigns that expand sales in new territories.
Previously Kolbri was working in Vanair's customer service department as Service & Warranty Coordinator interacting with dealers on a daily basis.
Vanair Hires VP for Large Products Group
Michigan City, Indiana, September 23, 2014 -Vanair is pleased to announce that David Statzer has taken the position of Vice President Large Products Group.
Statzer has held positions as Regional Sales Manager for Sullair, Inc., Territory Manager at Pennington and Associates, and Rental and Sales Specialist for Peterson Power Systems. His duties at the company will include sales and business development, specifically in the Eastern seaboard of the United States, and product growth of Vanair's drill, gas and Large Air Products Division.
